PBL Stats ("we," "the league," "the site") is a fan-run Roblox baseball league platform. This page explains what information we collect from players and coaches, why we collect it, and how it's used. By using pblstats.com or signing in with your Roblox or Discord account, you agree to the practices described here.
We do not collect passwords. Sign-in is handled entirely through Roblox's own authorization system or manual profile-code verification — we never see or store a Roblox password.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Some information is inherently public as part of how the league operates — your Roblox username, avatar, stats, roster status, and star rating are visible to anyone visiting the site, similar to a public sports statistics site. Your Discord ID and any private signup answers are not displayed publicly.
We retain league data (stats, rosters, transaction history) indefinitely as part of the league's historical record. If you'd like your account unlinked, your Discord connection removed, or your profile data deleted, contact us using the information below and we'll process the request.
We use Roblox's official OAuth and API services to verify accounts and fetch public profile data, and Discord's API to power our bot. Use of those platforms is also subject to Roblox's own terms and Discord's privacy policy.
